Why these letters exist

About Aletheia Letters

Aletheia (ἀλήθεια) means truth.

Aletheia Letters is a collection of writings growing out of Scripture, prayer, study, and a life of learning to follow Jesus Christ.

Some may read like letters to another believer. Some may be words I need to remember myself. Some may one day be read by my children, grandchildren, or generations I will never meet.

They are not the authority. God's Word is.

Jesus prayed, “Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth” (John 17:17).

These letters are written under that Word—out of a desire to be searched by it, corrected by it, sanctified in God’s truth, and to walk faithfully in what He has said.
